Tours Conditions of Carriage
All the excursions are organized for a minimum of 6 participants. The Company will make you know if your reservation is confirmed or canceled 24 hours before departure.
NO TOUR IS GUARANTEED IF NOT REACHED THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS REQUIRED.
Payment of services involves the automatic acceptance of these Terms, without exception.
1. Upon booking, you must pay the full chosen tour. You will receive a VOUCHER purchase where you will find: name of the person how make the booking, number of pax, type of tour, type of payment.
2. The voucher can only be used on the day of the date of chosen tour (s). Eurotravel carrying passengers who have a valid voucher. The voucher is a record of the agreement between the Company and the passenger (s). The voucher must be returned to the driver the day of the tour.
3. The voucher referred to as "GROUP" is unique, so the group must appear together at the time of boarding the bus.
4. All prices include 10% tax and service fees. In case of increase in VAT, prices must be adjusted.
5. If the tour has not reached the minimum number of participants, Eurotravel shall refund the payment. No refunds will be made in any other case: no show, omission, delay, etc. On the day of the tour you must be in the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time of departure. Eurotravel is not obliged to delay their service to wait the missing person (s).
6. Eurotravel is not liable for circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Following are examples of events beyond the company’s reasonable control: accidents on the service routes, adverse and exceptional weather conditions, fire and/or damages to bus stations, vandalism, terrorism, unforeseen traffic, local riots or unrest.
7. CANCELLATION AFTER SERVICE INITIATES. Unless due to reasons beyond Eurotravel’s control, should the bus carrying the passenger stop before reaching the passenger’s chosen destination, the company shall have the right to choose one of the following options: a) select an alternative means of transportation that guarantees the passenger arrival at destination; b) provide a substitute vehicle; c) refund passenger expenses.
8. Any infringement of vouchers will be immediately reported to the judicial authorities.
9. Eurotravel will do everything to provide a regular service according to the programming provided and will in no way liable to the owner of the ticket for any loss, damage, inconvenience, delay, modification, suspension, termination of service due to any reason not attributable to itself.
10. The Company reserves the right to alter tour schedules or itinerary by informing users of the causes of the modification and any alternative schedules. Eurotravel may also suspend or cancel the tour and commit to notify passengers. In the latter case, the Company may choose to enter a new tour to replace the suspended or extend the validity of the passenger VOUCHER. Furthermore, in the case in which, following the extension of the validity of VOUCHER, the passenger can not use it, the Eurotravel reimburse the price of VOUCHER. The Eurotravel is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs suffered by passengers for delays or cancellation of service, except as stated above. Eurotravel has no obligation to passengers who haven’t booked a tour.
11. Not included: Entrances, meals, personal expenses, gratuities, ferries, guides, audio guides. Clients from EU under 18 and over 65 are entitled to free admission to State archaeological sites and museum. From 18 to 25 are entitled 50% discount on entrance fees.
12. Information about the article. 13 of D.Lgs. 196/03: Under the provisions of existing legislation on privacy, Eurotravel guarantees maximum confidentiality of the data. The same will be treated in compliance with Art. 11 of D.Lgs. 196/03.
